Warranty Terms
Warranty Period
The warranty period of the agricultural UAV is at least one year (except for worn parts), and the warranty period of the main parts and supporting products.
Under normal circumstances, the purchased product shall not have any defects in design, materials, or craftsmanship during the warranty period. The warranty period for this product shall commence from the date the user activates the product. If the activation date cannot be traced, it shall be calculated from the date of purchase or delivery. If the user cannot provide purchase invoices or delivery receipts, the warranty period shall be extended by 180 days from the factory date or other relevant regulations.
Warranty Service
If a product malfunctions during the warranty period, users can contact the nearest authorized drone service center for inspection and repair. For issues covered by the warranty, the sales company provides free warranty services (no labor or parts fees). For repairs of non-warranty issues such as post-warranty damage or human-caused malfunctions, along with additional services (e.g., shipping fees), users must cover the service costs themselves.
Replacement Service
During the warranty period, if the replacement conditions of “agricultural machinery three-warranty regulations” are met, the user can choose to replace the relevant main parts or systems with the three-warranty certificate, maintenance and repair records, and purchase invoice, and the seller is responsible for the free replacement.
Situations not covered by the three guarantees:
Product damage caused by failure to use or maintain the product correctly in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, as well as product failure or damage caused by non-product quality problems such as unauthorized modification or human damage.
Product failure or damage caused by force majeure factors such as flood, fire, lightning strike, traffic accident, etc.
After the failure of the product, the user’s improper disposal causes the failure cause to be unable to be technically identified.
Any repair of the Product carried out by an unauthorized individual or entity and any resulting damage to the Product, including but not limited to damage caused by the use of non-original parts by such individual or entity for repair.
The product has no valid three-warranty certificate or the three-warranty certificate is altered without authorization.
The product model and factory code recorded on the three-warranty certificate are inconsistent with the actual product.
The product nameplate or factory code is altered or damaged, resulting in the inability to identify the product identity information.
The product is used for special purposes, such as competitive sports, entertainment performances, experiments, military operations, or requisition.
The product is beyond the warranty period.
